Musikfest has been a staple of the community since 1984, allowing residents and travelers to learn about what the historic area has to offer. This year, Musikfest celebrates its 40th anniversary.

What Is Musikfest?
Musikfest is a large music festival that takes place in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This year, the ten-day festival runs from August 3 to August 13. When the first festival took place, it was designed to help bring life back into the town of Bethlehem. It was also a great way to build support for artists and musicians in the community and across the country.
The non-profit organization, ArtsQuest, founded the festival and continues to support the event to this day. Proceeds from the festival are given to the local arts center, Banana Factory, as well as other non-profit organizations in the community.
While some music festivals take place in large, open areas, Musikfest takes place all across the historic downtown area of Bethlehem. This unique festival holds a variety of stages and venues spread across the city so attendees can walk around and enjoy the city and the different activities.
Aside from musical performances, Musikfest offers delicious food and beverages, ranging from unique flavors to classic fair foods. Those who attend can also browse and shop for local crafts and goods from retailers and artisans in the area. Besides music, the festival also hosts other activities and entertainment like street performers, art, dancing, and comedy.

Banko Beverage Co has been the sole beer distributor for not only beer but also soda, hard ciders, and other beverages since the first festival in 1984. This year, we will continue to offer our wide selection of hard ciders, seltzers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
